We are a 24/7 INBOUND Call Center with Phone and Live Chat Support services focusing on customer satisfaction. Looking for energetic individuals with a can do attitude and hunger to learn.

 

Responsibilities Include:

Answer Live Calls as well as Chats and email inquiries based on requirements

Work according to designated shift schedule

Be able to speak English in American or neutral accent

Be able to write proper English

Have analytical skills and can do basic math over callIs tech savvy and likes to learn systems as you will be troubleshooting basic customer issues

Most of our clients are based in US so we need someone with excellent English skills and availability in different shifts. We will pay Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 50,000 incentive based on performance and abilities.
