Lead product team in decision making for product features, architecture, security, design, process and release schedule.
Establish common goals across multiple teams, and define useful metrics and reporting to track team performance.
Manage milestones across multiple teams.
Lead teams of engineers through the completion of all phases of the project.
Build strong relationships with recruiting, people leadership, recruiting analytics, and other partners outside the people team
Consult with stakeholders to prioritize, assess business needs, and seek continuous improvements on existing processes and programs
Proficiency with technologies and processes ecosystems to best advice and help influence product and project roadmaps and processes
Seek out innovative solutions and ways to improve all aspects of the recruiting experience for all impacted
A minimum of 4 years of experience in a people, operations, or consulting role
Attention to detail, timelines and a knack for creating, updating, and building project trackers Experience telling a story and influencing through a combination of strong interpersonal skills, through using process maps, and visual presentation tools like PowerPoint or Keynote
Self-driven and able to operate independently on projects with minimum supervision
Grit and determination to tackle challenges as they come up
Strategic mindset of thinking a few steps ahead of where the team is now
Experience supporting or working with a global team
Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited institution.
5+ years of consulting industry experience, with strong relationship management, account management, and sales support experience.
Agile and Scrum experience required. Scrum Master Certification preferred.
Experience in leading agile product team
Strong client communication and coordination skills required.
Highly proficient in collaborating with project stakeholders, end-users, business partners, and technical team members to deliver high quality projects.
Hands on with project documentation. Well-versed in industry best-practices and current technologies.
Must have prior background in managing large, multi-team engagements.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience.
