Business Analyst - Karachi
 
Position Summary
The candidate will be responsible to conduct various analyses, analyzing the overall profitability of the business support in managing the Partners account. In addition, he/she will be responsible to develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met. Strong technology, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities
• Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with managerial, and executive teams
• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all relevant stakeholders
• Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
• Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems
• Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with stakeholders for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations
• Support in Budgeting & Forecasting process for timely submission of data to Global team.

Requirements

Qualification
• BBA/MBA Finance

Experience
• 2 to 3 years of experience as Business Analyst

Competencies
• Communication Skills (verbal & spoken)
• Understanding of systems engineering concepts
• The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis
• Business case development
• Modeling techniques and methods
• Time management
• Should have leadership traits with a can-do approach
• Proficiency in MS-Office
• Strong analytical mindser
