IRS IINDUS RIVER SYSTEM AUTHORITY SITUATION VACANT
Indus River System Authority (IRSA) constituted under an Act of Parliament approved in 1992 is responsible for the regulation & distribution of surface waters amongst the Provinces according to the allocations and policies spelt out in the Water Apportionment Accord (1991 The Government of Pakistan has received soft term loan (IDA Credit) from the World Bank for Additional Financing (AF) of the Indus 21 Water Sector Capacity Building and Advisory Seno'ices Project (Indus 21 WCAP). A part of the IDA credit has been earmarked for the procurement of consulting services for "Indus Basin Irrigation System: Hydraulic Calibration of 17 Key Sites and Automation of Discharge Monitoring at All Sites".
IRSA now invites applications on contract basis for the post of Project Coordinator in the Indus River System Authority (IRSA), Government of Pakistan, Islamabad.
