We are looking for a Project Trainee for our Sales Department for a 6-month contractual duration in our Karachi Head Office. Bring us your curiosity and a desire to challenge the everyday routine, and we’ll give you lots of responsibility. You’ll help us improve, inject innovation and build new ways of working that span the whole world.

=== YOUR DAY TO DAY ===

Ensuring Stock register is circulated to FSF on timely basis and also ensuring that all stock registers are received with the distribution services on time.

Actively facilitate and troubleshoot distribution management system related queries coming from field. Handle timely and accurate dissemination of sales information with effective analysis to help business initiatives.

Lead all administrative activities pertaining to sales strategy, ensuring timely accumulation and dissemination of data to relevant partners in line with IC, Tax, Finance and legal policies

Coordinate with field teams for collection of target templates, distribution Infrastructure and formulation of monthly proposals.

Prepare distributor contracts, appointment of new distributors and handling all changes in costing sheet after approvals.

=== WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: ===

EDUCATION:
Minimum of Graduate Level Degree in Business

PROFICIENCIES:
High level of Excel and MS office skills are required for the job.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Completed apprenticeship with limited experience

Basic business understanding within a related department in a multinational company/ international environment.

Experience of working in sales function preferred.
