Ø Sampling of raw and packing materials from storage locations
Ø Interaction with QA/QC laboratory staff of manufacturing location for analysis of raw materials, packing materials and finished products.
Ø Assisting in analytical evaluation of competitor’s products.
Ø Material and products release in SAP
Ø Calibration of Lab equipment's.
Ø In Process Quality Assurance of Manufacturing and Packing activities.
Ø IPQA related documentation.
Ø Terminal inspection of finished products.
Ø Market visits/customer complaints and discussion with production team for related preventive and corrective actions.
Ø Artworks evaluation/approvals.
Ø Liaising with regulatory bodies for product regulatory registrations
Ø Manufacturing locations GMP and quality audits, identifying root cause analysis and interaction with manufacturing unit stake holders for corrective and preventive action.
Ø Process validation activities as per directions from corporate quality assurance department
