Admin Officer

Job Description

Objective of this position is to assist admin manager / executive in daily administrative activities to ensure asset management and maintenance, environmental hazards identification and prevention security control and procurements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct facility round on the daily basis, to ensure proper arrangements.
  • Take preventive actions in case any risk factor has identified.
  • Assist admin executive in maintenance of all records.
  • Update manager and executive, regarding daily administrative tasks and activates.
  • Assist admin executive in identification of risk factors.
  • Coordinate with security staff in order to ensure safety within office facility
  • Assist admin executive in minimizing the environmental hazards.
  • Assist admin executive in taking preventive measure to ensure proper maintenance of company assets.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduation
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the respective field.

SKILLS:

  • Administration Skills
  • Supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
