The Role – Refering clients as a Freelancer.
A group entity in the Services sector that is expanding its footprint. Seeking to recruit a suitable candidate for the role of Referer as a Freelancer.

Responsibilities:
Exhibit Leaderhip qualities in refering clients and helping guide the process in converting the business and generate revenue. As a referer you are essentially an honoray ambassador of the services firm. You are to further build a team of referers who like you believe in the brand, products and services offered by the services firm. We value commitment, efforts, referals and conversion of business. We always take care of our own : ) Conduct interactions and events. Evaluate responses and faciliate interaction between the firm and the clients. Management of personal networking, digital and social media marketing, advertising, PR and brand development efforts as a Freelance influencer. Client and Services provider management. Ensure the participation and management of networking events. Build effective communications within your network. Build and maintain partnerships. Provide support to the team. Build the business.

Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience Required:
1-3 years or more as a salesperson having knowledge networking, sales and social media marketing. Experience in a corporate environment for traditional and online marketing gained in Pakistan. Practical and working knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, communications and business development.
Experience: investments, banking, insurance and mutual fund sales would be an advantage.

Candidate Profile:
Gender: Male/Female Articulate, confident and presentable
Good interpersonal skills, communications skills and experience
Fluency in English is not essential May involve some travelling
Experience is advantageous
Location: Pakistan.
Education: High School or B.Com/BBA Degree preferred
