Accountabilities:
Responsible to supervise formulation, filling & packaging activities as per plan.

Job allocation to workmen.

To prepare and update Bill of Material for all product & packs.

To prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures for all production operations.

Raise MIR for timely issuance of materials from warehouse.

Maintain complete documentation and record of all production activities, such as Formulation/packing Log sheets, shift report, MIR, FDN, wastage report, activity break-down record, incineration report, noise level, velocity/ventilation check, etc.

Supervise waste management activities like waste incineration, washing of contaminated drums/containers, water treatment & drum crushing.

Monitor material consumption variances to control wastages within set targets.

Manage production orders in gSAP, like creation, convert, release and confirmation activities.

Responsible for maintaining 5 S in Production Area

Capability:

Better utilization of material, man-power and other resources.

Reduce all type of wastages.

Improve Overall Equipment efficiency.

Reduce plant incident and accidents.

Analytical and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

Eligibility / Qualification Criteria:
Bachelor in Technology or MSc/BSc in Chemistry
Two to three years’ experience as supervisor in the manufacturing of chemical, FMCG, pharmaceutical or petrochemical industry.
