Bachelors with 3 Years (Extensive experience of accommodation service, reservations in travel agency or hotel is mandatory.)

• Coordinate with Reservation manager and reconfirm with supplier list of all services booked
• Get hotel bookings confirmation number from suppliers and enter it in the system
• Email agents service confirmation number using reservation system or outlook
• Use of in-house reservations system – Juniper
• Update all incoming enquires into booking status system, this will be updated after every 45 minutes
• Monitor all online bookings confirmed, investigate failure bookings and find operational solutions to the challenges that may arise
• Provide high standards of customer care at all times: reconfirm all special requirements entered into the booking
• Use multiple channels of communication with the agents: Email, Phone, Skype, WhatsApp
• Acquire a comprehensive product knowledge (destinations and services sold by the company) and market awareness to ensure the best and the most appropriate product is offered according to clients’ needs
• Be able to prioritize workload and demonstrate good organizational skills by finishing tasks within allocated time
• Pay attention to detail of all the enquiries received
• Attend training sessions and team meetings where applicable

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs40,000.00 to Rs50,000.00 /month

Experience:

• Travel Agent: 3 years (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
