Star Marketing (Pvt.) Ltd., is looking for a highly dynamic, result oriented and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager for its office in Islamabad. The Candidate will be responsible for:

• To boost sales of all current projects
• Client briefing about ongoing projects
• Marketing Presentation
• Handle telephonic inquiries professionally
• Invite customers to sites
• Maintain customer data and follow up to mature maximum sales
• Maintain relationship with customers
• Handle client issues and queries
• Responsible for achieving sale targets
• Manage and improve lead generation
• Up to date knowledge of the real estate projects of Isb/Rwp and have complete control of ongoing projects

• At least 5 to 7 years of experience with real estate industry with at least 3 years at managerial level
• BBA, MBA degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.

• Honest, hard worker, well dressed.
• Business letter writing skills.
