EcoEnergy seeks candidates for the role of a sales representative in Karachi. Successful candidates will be expected to close an increasing number of sales from prospective buyers of solar.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting

  • Identify prospective buyers of solar

  • Inform prospects of the benefits of shifting to solar

  • Qualify leads sourced from partners

• Sales

  • Identify the needs of prospective buyers

  • Configure solutions that will meet the needs of prospective buyers

  • Negotiate and convince prospective buyers to purchase from EcoEnergy

• Business development

  • Identify and engage partners to increase the reach of EcoEnergy’s network

• Continuous improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve EcoEnergy’s product lineup

  • Identify opportunities to improve EcoEnergy’s sales and installation operations

• Reporting

  • Reporting and submission of sales information

Qualities

EcoEnergy is looking for candidates who have demonstrated the following qualities:

• Listen: ability to listen to others, in order to gain a deep understanding of their needs

• Customer champion: identifying solutions that meets the customer’s needs

• Resourceful: utilising available resources to deliver results

Requirements

• Ability to read written English and Roman Urdu

• Ability to use a smartphone

• Has a smartphone

• Has a motorbike/car

• Neat/presentable appearance

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in corporate sales

• Preferred: education in engineering

Compensation

• This role will be commission-based for the first 3 months

• After 3 months probation, EcoEnergy may elect to shift successful candidates to a salary & commission

Candidates must be located in Karachi.
