Job Description

  • Refueling and Maintenance of office vehicles.
  • Plan, coordinate and manage all administrative procedures and systems
  • Store, Issuance and demand of office stationary, housekeeping & Kitchen Items.
  • Supervision of Cleaning, Kitchen and gardening Staff.
  • Assigning duties to drivers as per demand of the departments.
  • Co-ordination of routine work with Executive Director.
  • Ensuring Supply of drinking water in the office.
  • Demand of new material as needed to purchase department.
  • Manages the maintenance and repair of machinery, computer system, equipment, and electrical systems.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the requisitioning of new material.
  • Petty cash custodian
  • Look after of all utility bil
