Senior IT Manager is required in Karachi for a Pharmaceutical company in Pakistan. Candidates having master’s degree in Information Technology / Computer science (MBA would be a plus) along with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

The Job role of Senior IT Manager is to superior analytical abilities and judgment who can set clear goals and direction for their team that meet IT Services productivity and cost objectives while being a strong, vocal advocate for the customer.

Job Responsibilities

• Primary process owner for multi-tiered IT Support services composed of multiple vendor and internal parties
• Work with the appropriate stakeholder(s) to resolve all escalated Service requests, partnering with your team and peers to learn from the experience and improve the future process
• Develop, lead, and coach support personnel to deliver an exceptional technology service experience
• Manage activities to monitor, report, and analyze support efforts to drive improvement in team performance
• Identify trends in support requests and opportunities for improvement
• Ensure compliance with Onboarding/Offboarding guidelines, working to define processes and procedures to guide the technology support.
• Partner with vendors and services to deliver inventory, fleet management and maintain our Mac and Windows devices
• Manage the engagement, delivery, and oversight of activities related to IT support provided by external vendors and service providers
• Partner with the various functions for implementation, access control, and improvement of technology systems
• Ensure both adequate virtual and onsite coverage and staffing to provide comprehensive support
• Ensures the adherence to compliance controls related to onboarding/offboarding, access management, and system management
