Education: Minimum Bachelors degree from a reputable institute (preferably in Computer Science/IT/MIS)
Experience: 2+ years experience in Project Coordination position preferably with experience of managing software projects and ERP systems

Responsibilities:
Maintain and administer all project related activities and prepare project status reports
Perform various audits on project management processes, prepare control documents and monitor metrics
Ensure compliance to processes and assist Project Manager in tracking costs
Assist all project members to ensure compliance to project schedules and assist in data compilations and prepare reports to meet all project deliverables
Monitor performance of all assigned projects and prepare required reports
Ensure completion of long term and short term goals within required timeframe and submit all reports to management
Monitor financials to maintain compliance with budget requirements
Monitor and resolve invoice queries and ensure adherence to schedule
Manage all correspondence with team members
Maintain records of all correspondence and organize various team meetings
Provide support to hiring processes and manage payroll transactions
Analyze resource requirements for projects and maintain track of work progress for assignments
Coordinate with Project Manager and management to enhance performance
Develop materials and agendas for meetings and prepare project reports

Salary: 50, 000 - 60, 000 (negotiable based on experience)
Location: DHA, Karachi
