What is Specialist Deployment?
Specialist Deployment will manage E2E execution, tracking & reporting of rollout projects including new rollouts, technology upgrades, expansions and USF projects. The role reports directly to the project manager who has 3-4 people reporting directly into him with an extended team of Network Deployment Department within the Technology Division. The team is responsible for managing network rollout & modernisation portfolio at Jazz
What does Specialist Deployment do?
Manage E2E execution, tracking & reporting of rollout projects including new rollout, technology upgrades, expansions and USF projects
Engage Business partners for implementation of designs and proposed plans as per assigned project timeframes
Coordinate and follow-up with internal & external stakeholders for projects execution and issues resolution
Perform audits & acceptances and successful closures of assigned projects
Prepare and present project review meetings with relevant stakeholders (internal & external)
Take initiatives for process improvement and identify loopholes for increased efficiency and resolving bottlenecks in delivery of targets

Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Specialist Deployment?
Engineering background (Telecom/ Electrical), with at least 2-3 years’ work experience in implementation of Technology upgrades (U900, 4G, Sector additions), Hardware knowledge, Site solution locking with vendor
Knowledge of future technologies and ability to carry out its installations
Analytically strong with proficient Communication and presentations skills
