Working under the overall direction of the Chief of Mission, the intern will assist with the CRA Human Resources unit routine activities of the CRA Office, in Islamabad mission.

Tasks will include:

• Work with the Resource Management Officer and Senior HR Assistant on HR day to day activities.
• Assist with updating and maintaining of third-party staff Personal files
• Assist with processing of TAs
• Assist with updating and maintaining attendance record, for IOM and third-party staff
• Assist in coordination with Field Admin/Finance assistant for day to day routine work.
• Undertake all other tasks as may be assigned.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration/ Human Resources. Fresh graduates or up to one-year experience in Human Resources management; good knowledge of human resources management and local labor laws.
• Good communication skills. Personal commitment, efficiency, flexibility, drive for results, respect for diversity, creative thinking. Ability to work effectively and harmoniously with colleagues from varied cultures and professional backgrounds.

Languages:

• Thorough knowledge of English. Knowledge of any local languages an advantage.
