Surveillance Officer Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences and surveillance activities.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Ensure that security and safety are well-being of all personnel and customers in the premises of Diamond Super Market.
• In Case of emergencies or suspect of any theft, Report to supervisor immediately.
• Protect the company's assets and stock relative to damage; miss handling, theft and other safety issues.
• Ensure staff follows procedures and SOP for various initiatives to prevent action stock damage, theft, miss handling, negligence on customer and staff exit.
• Monitoring crowded areas to avoid any shoplift threats.
• Identifying potential thieves and vandals among staff and patrons.
• Monitor inventory, stock, shelving and make sure stock are place in shelf as per the SOP.
• Ensure Branch and staff availability on time as per the SOP.
• Documenting theft and other security issue, irrelevant activity or SOPs violations.

Qualification

Minimum intermediate or Equivalent and above.

Requirements and Basic Skills.

• Interpersonal Skills.
• Manage Multiple Tasks.
• Reporting Skills.
• Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs21,000.00 - Rs23,000.00 per month

Experience:

• SURVEILLANCE: 1 year (Preferred)
