AAHA Soft Technologies is seeking a Technical Writer to create high quality material to document internal facing processes, tool user guides and various other articles to aid AAHA Soft Technologies. This role will Organize and deliver clear and effective technical documentation, including tool user guides, how-to guides and processes. Create appropriate layout and diagrams to ensure documentation is easy to read, navigate and understand.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product and other teams to understand documentation needs and gather detailed requirements. Work cross-functionally and communicate regularly with our internal customers to spot gaps and prioritize future documentation work
Engage in projects at all phases of their life cycle: Including from the planning stage through to completion, at the draft stage, at the final review stage Create and maintain project schedule(s), communicating regular status updates to stakeholders and departmental management. Proactively escalate problems and issues as needed.
