Home Based Job but requires 8 hours of extensive working
1. Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell services.
2. Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
3. Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits.
4. Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
5. Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how services meet their needs.
6. Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system.
7. Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation.
8. Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
9. Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
1. Experience of a call centre is a must (atleast 6 months )
2. A strong belief that you have something that is of benefit to whoever you are calling.
3. Good relevant product knowledge but not a features-heavy sales pitch. Understanding benefits is much more compelling.
4. A broad knowledge of the target marketplace.
5. An understanding of the issues the target buyers face – what keeps them up at night.
6. Aptitude and confidence to converse with senior/key decision makers without worry.
7. Good pace, pitch and tone and the ability to be natural and conversational, not scripted and stilted.
8. The ability and knowledge to pose insightful and engaging questions.
9. Excellent listening skills once the prospect answers your questions!.
10. Excellent communicationand rapport building skills.
