Intercargo Logistics is a fast paced, technologically advanced logistics & supply chain solutions company dealing with air, sea and road freight services across all 7 continents. The job will be support the UK head office's accounting operations.

We are looking for an intuitive, intelligent, fast thinking team member with attention to deal to join and work with our talented teams around the world.

Your role as an Accounts Payable Administrator will be to support the UK head office with duties such as but not limited to:

• Inputting payables invoices in to the system
• Analyse and ensure that the suppliers figures match the expected payables amounts
• Raise any discrepancies in a timely manner
• Ensure invoices are posted in a timely manner
• Ensure disputes are resolved in a timely manner
• Prepare end of week reconciliation of payables
• Prepare and submit weekly remittances for payment
• Ensure that the AP ledger is accurate and well maintained
• Post monthly billing from airlines
• Raise any disputes via the IATA CASS portal within a timely manner
• Assist and prepare end of year payables reports for end of year accounting

Skills Required

• MUST be IT Literate with an excellent understanding of Microsoft packages, outlook, word, excel
• Experience of previous systems/databases is PREFERRED.
• MUST have excellent English written and verbal skills
• MUST be able to speak and communicate in English FLUENTLY.
• MUST have great attention to detail
• MUST have excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• MUST work and adhere to deadlines
