Purpose
Afiniti is looking for an Administration Executive for our Karachi office.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain all Admin related tasks
  • Procurement of Office Inventory / Stationary
  • Carefully handle receipts, invoices, payments and maintain records through data entry and filing.
  • Prepare, compile, organize and maintain different department reports.
  • Monitor support staff and schedule their activities.
  • Vendor and fleet management.
  • Procure consumables, preparing purchase order, inviting tenders.
  • Handle general administrative tasks or any assignment given by the supervisor/management.

The ideal candidate will have
  • 2-5 years of experience in administration in a similar environment

Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
