Admin Assistant

Lahore

Job Description

  • Co ordination with government and civil departments such as police, EOBI, Pessi Etc Etc
  • Maintain filing system
  • Assist in resolving travel issues for foreign guest i.e ticket visa passport
  • execute civil works
  • cover the reception desk when required
  • coordinate repair of office equipment's
  • Good written and verbal communication skill
  • proficiency in handling computer
  • Managing visits and providing support to visitors

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs25,000.00 /month

Experience:

  • administrative assistant: 2 years (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
