Job Description:

  • Manage Initiating Fund Request for timely payment to Venders, rental payment of official premises, Utility bills etc.
  • Manage supplies inventory (stationary & cleaning items) by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies;verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Ensures operation of Generator & Electrical Equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories;evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Petty Cash Management.
  • Supervising and making sure the office premises is well maintained. Has a go to approach for any extra task assigned to him.
  • Manage Office Security system, Office Boys & Official Lunch Management
  • Negotiation related contracts, manage relevant vendor relationships, liaison with building management and Branches administration operations

Job Specification

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Record keeping skills

Ability to meet deadlines,organized and detailed oriented

Ability to work under pressure

Command on MS Office
