Job Description

To ensure Security & Safety arrangements

To ensure supply of electricity, gas, water, in liaison with relevant government departments.

Liaison with local police and airport authorities

To ensure efficient asset management of physical resources

To ensure effective and efficient safety, security and environmental protection measures.

To ensure best service standards of housekeeping, gate keeping, mail management and reception service.

Handling surprise visits by Govt. officials/environmental team.

Conduct relevant in-house training programs for staff on improving service standards, safety and security measures, emergency procedures.

Ensure an effective emergency response system.

Will ensure travelling/hotel reservations of staff managed efficiently and the employees are well facilitated.

Will ensure vehicles maintenance and repairs are managed effectively using cost efficient & quality resources.

Disposal of Scrap/Garbage

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • General Administration: 8 years (Required)

Education:

  • Master's (Preferred)
