• Lead the respective teams in the test and validation of solutions into first a Most Viable Product (MVP) and then in a proven solution, ready for scale.
• Responsible for standardizing and harmonizing the roll out and deployment of CPO solutions, in coordination with other areas (SIMs, Franchise, Medical, Finance, etc.).
• Define the metrics and goals to measure the impact of solutions to be scaled.
• Monitor the execution of the project, in line with the defined expectations. Identify and propose intervention measures to ensure goals are met and impact of solutions is measured.
• Screen for proven tested solutions inside the Novartis organization or externally, to be localized, piloted and scalable in Novartis.
• Interacts with key stakeholders internally (Commercial, Medical, Finance Legal & Compliance,) and externally (i.e. Vendors, Providers, Other companies) to further increase project efficiency
• Creates and feeds a shared CPO Offering Solutions catalogue to address key pain points in the steps of the patient journey (Diagnosis/Patient Identification, Referral/Capacity and Adherence/Maintenance), that franchises can refer to according to their

• Able to coach and mentor teams to continue being agile, learn and implement ideas.
• Be an internal thought-leader on evolving aspects of agility and help build awareness and capabilities internally amongst the franchise and medical affairs functions.
• Work within any given legal framework, Novartis Ethics and Compliance policies and ensure those around him/her do the same.
