Assistant Manager HR

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection Ensure that the work delegated is properly carried out by the subordinates.
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers
• Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trend
• Maintain Attendance and Payroll management.

Gender: Male / Female
Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience
Qualification: BS/BBA/MBA (HR)
Salary: 50 + Other Benefits.
