Your Impactful Goals will Include:
The incumbent is responsible to take end-to-end responsibility of corporate projects and lead a team to deliver agile solutions by partnering with digital companies, FMCGs, Fin-techs , Start-ups, Government bodies and development organizations on joint win-win initiatives
The resource will be responsible to grow and manage 3rd Party Digital Distribution P & L .
Will also be responsible for end to end API Integration with 3rd Parties .
This would entail responsibility of API Business Operations ensuring revenue of Digital Division.
On-board digital partners for launching service bundles
Identifying and proposing new innovative solutions to increase the acquisition and engagement of Telenor digital assets.
Assist in conducting research on corporate business performance, industry trends, regulatory requirements, and other areas that may contribute to the planning process
Design and execute end-to-end client design sprint exercise with partners including problem understanding, technical solution and the campaign launch in collaboration with partner and internal stakeholders.
Assist in monitoring performance and provide regular reports that includes actual versus target performance of indicators
Creating individual made-to-measure proposals based on information gathered from stakeholders
Rapidly building rapport and creating long-lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Use data analytical techniques to generate actionable insights that can help to serve Telenor Digital
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, changing environment
Your Typical day at work will look like:
Devise and execute strategies to find alternate growth channels for digital products
Manage and work with cross-functional teams to get projects executed properly (e.g. with Marketing, Segments, Sales and Distribution, Pricing, Products, Business Intelligence, Technology)
Prepare business models/cases for new products, offers and potential partnerships
Manage partnerships and leverage Telenor’s scale/network to come up with interesting propositions
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
Managing API Business Integrations & Operations with both Internal and External Stakeholders .
Working on Digital Channel Projects with both Internal and External stakeholders
What we Expect from You:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or an MBA from a reputed university
Experience:
At least 7 years of experience in Strategy, Business Development, Partnerships, Agile way of Work
