Job Description:

• Assisting and coordinating with the sales team.
• Assisting the Front Office team.
• Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.
• Assisting and supporting management.
• Assisting with inventory control.
• Handle the tasks associated with order fulfillment.

• Process the order.
• Keep in touch with the higher management for the updates on order and keep the order excel sheet updated.
• Update daily order report to the higher management.

What we require:

• Bachelor's degree in commerce or related fields is preferred.
• Minimum experience of 1 year with customer service and call centers in relevant job roles.
• Good knowledge of CRM practices and systems.
• Customer oriented attitude with professionalism.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and target achieving skills.
• Communication skills - Strong communication skills. Ability to communicate and influence effectively over the phone and web.
• Must be available to work in shift between the hours of 10:00 am – 6:30 pm
• Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
• High-level written and verbal communication skills.
