Job Description:

The expected job description may include;

• Responsible for the execution of export documentation requirement for shipments globally, which include letter of credit shipments, commercial invoices etc.
• Prepare, handle and follow-up all Clearing & Export Documentation independently.
• Follow up, arrange containers and negotiate best rates with cargo companies.
• Can operate WEBOC site independently.
• Coordinate with Operation manager regarding shipments.
• Knowledge of all foreign countries documentation and customs requirements of shipments.
• Process commercial invoices documents by validating data integrity and accuracy.
• Ensure timely processing of export shipments.
• Create, assemble and present applicable export documentation required per country specific destination in accordance with export laws and regulations.
• Submit timely document instructions to freight forwarders and other third party industry providers.
• Support cross-functional departments involved in international business transactions.
• Ensure compliance with export laws and regulations.
• Other tasks as assigned by the line manager or the management (as needed).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs22,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Export Documentation in Food Industry: 2 years (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)
