Client Servicing Executive

Karachi, Pakistan Rs30,000.00 to Rs50,000.00 /month

Job Description

  • Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service projects and campaigns that directly affect each client
  • Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as well
  • Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase customer satisfaction
  • Encourage revenue growth by inspiring clients to purchase accessories and additional services
  • Become the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship.
  • Work with customers to help them define and implement best practice solutions that meet their business needs and ultimately improve deliver-ability.
  • Establish and develop collaborative relationships with various business departments and client/vendor teams to help resolve client specific issues
  • Act as first point of contact and liaison between integral parties; as per services required by the client, to ensure that new technology programs are successfully delivered and client needs are properly assessed and fully met.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs30,000.00 to Rs50,000.00 /month

Experience:

  • Client Servicing: 2 years (Preferred)
