As a key member of the Client Development team, the Onboarding Specialist provides customer support via phone and email. This person will support a variety of services activities to maintain and improve customer retention and loyalty including customer onboarding and training.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Follow standard operating procedures to generate out-of-the box websites
Record detailed information of work activities
Integrate Social Media tools
Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision
Interact professionally with other employees and managers
Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
2+ year experience in customer-facing roles including customer service, marketing, sales, or related field
Experience using back office tools to manage a website (I.E. Word Press)
Proficient with CRM software and MS Office
Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
University degree, preferred
Ability to managing competing demands while paying strict attention to detail
