About the Job:
As a Customer Support- Intern with Tez Financial Services you will be engaged in the following activities:
· Delivering top-notch customer service, focusing on solving day to day customer problems, escalating issues as needed and conducting regular follow-ups to ensure that customer issues are resolved as quickly as possible.
· Cater to customer queries on Email, WhatsApp and Facebook.
· Communicate with the management team regarding customer requests and policy concerns.
· Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
· Assist Customer Support Lead in various tasks including customer call backs & C-SAT surveys.
Requirements:
Demonstrable skills in the following:
· Exceptional Customer Service
· Relationship Building
· Effective Communication (Candidates will have to undergo a written exam in order to qualify for the position).
· Data Entry skills.
· Experience in using MS Office (Excel, Word) & Google Sheets.
This is a 2-month internship program which can lead to a permanent position within the company based on performance. The incumbent must be an energetic self-starter who is driven to succeed.
