This job requires multiple skills.

• You will be working on a new website for apparel and you will need to help take care of data entry.
• You will help field queries received from customers via email or social media websites. This will require coordination with the person in charge of manufacturing.
• You will also be expected to generate sales by first creating a list of suitable companies or stores to contact (via email, contact forms, facebook, phone, sms, whatsapp, etc) and then following up on those leads to help create orders.

This is a full time job.

Timings are Monday to Saturday (9 AM to 5 PM)

Knowledge about ecommerce CMS (shopify preferred but if you have worked on any ecommerce website you will have a general idea)

Good searching skills (you will need these both for data entry and research for lead generation)

Communication (required to communicate with both customers and management)

Fluency in English (this is an American website)

Be accountable (you will be reporting to your immediate superior in Pakistan and the company owner in the USA on a daily/weekly basis respectively)

General knowledge of MS Office & Windows is a basic necessity
