Job Description
A land developer’s progressive group in Lahore needs a well experienced Personal Assistant for their office.
Responsibilities:
·Maintains the smooth running of an office through a variety of administrative and clerical duties.
Handle office schedules, coordinate meetings and visits, organize files, answer phones and perform a huge array of other essential tasks
·Reviews outgoing correspondence for grammar, correctness and completeness, and insures that appropriate material is attached appointments and update event calendars.
Requirements:
· Knowledge of general office procedures
· Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software, including Word and Excel
· Knowledge of Inpage (URDU)
· Customer service experience
·Preferably Masters with at least three years of experience as Personal Assistant(PA)
