The Online Bidder is responsible for managing the entire bid process, ensuring a high level of excellence prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support our sales department.

· Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written both).

· Experience on Online Bidding Portals like Upwork, Freelancer or other platforms.

· Ability to identify and evaluate the right projects.

· Revenue realization by generating business leads from Internet/Other sources.

· Experience In International Client Handling.

· Creating pipeline of projects in web design, development and SEO.

· Generating new Business for wide range of Digital Services.

· Analyze business Challenges, identify problems and be able to propose solutions.

· Identify prospects through lists, provided software tools and independent research

· Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.

· Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are included.

Requirement:

· Exceptional 2-4 years of experience in bidding online

• Prior experience in software or Web Development Company.

• Knowledge of drafting business proposals

• Good understanding of online bidding process

• Excellent communication & writing Skills

· Possess Bachelor’s degree in computer science

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
