The ideal candidate will be responsible to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organised, have great time management skills, have excellent communication skills and be able to act without guidance. Following is a breakdown of tasks and responsibilities in detail.

  • Acting as the point of contact on behalf of CEO and Chairman
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Liaise with staff members on behalf of CEO and chairman
  • Responsible to write and proof/edit business correspondence, reports, email communications, policy statements, presentations and handouts.
Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in corporate office as Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Very good English proficiency is a must
  • Strong written and verbal skills to communicate effectively
  • Ability to use high-level discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.

Salary Rs 25,000 to Rs 35000
