  • Liaison with lawyers in legal matters, petitions and court proceedings.
  • Work with JV partners or clients to participate in tender bidding processes.
  • Organize business meetings or events across the country.
  • Assist CEO & COO to find new business opportunities in Central region.
  • Supervise any construction work of any projects.
  • Provide assistance to the CEO in his day-to-day operations for central north region.
  • Schedule meetings/appointments, prepare presentations and writes minutes of meetings.
  • Write Memos, letters and reports.
  • Maintain comprehensive filing system.
  • Responsible for logistics (Flight, Hotel & Car Rental), visas, protocol, safety and security arrangements for CEO and company guests
  • Maintain existing and potential business deals tracker
  • Coordinate with government departments and regulatory bodies in acquiring required Permits, licenses and approvals
  • Assist CEO and COO to grow existing business in Central region.
  • Meet and greet with all guests arriving at office
  • Manage office Admin procurement, & Requisitions
  • Monitor inventory of office & kitchen supplies and the purchasing of new material
  • Keep record of advance salaries, other allowances of Islamabad staff
  • Keep holiday tracker of all Islamabad office staff members
  • Maintain personal files of CEO
  • Outdoor visits to banks and other places as and when required
  • Responsible for the execution of office maintenance work
  • Must maintain all physical files of all work
  • Visit Lahore office when required to meet clients or attend meetings

Salary: 25k – 45k

Experience: 1 – 5 years

Education: At least Bachelors Degree

Location: Islamabad

*Salary will be based on the experience
