Role Summary:

Elixir Technologies Pakistan is looking for a bright, proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Your role is to keep our leader organized, prioritized and productive. An ideal candidate for this role is someone having experience as an executive assistance and is ambitious to develop his/her expertise to become a Finance professional eventually.

Responsibilities:

• Aids in the management of calendars: Plans, negotiates, and schedules meetings and events to accommodate managers and others. Ensure the CFO is equipped with all the necessary meeting information while using discretion and judgment to determine the priority.
• Review CFO’s email/correspondence & sort and manage responses as required.
• Support internal and external communications within the Finance team, other departments and external communications with vendors, financial auditors etc.
• Take notes and prepare presentation materials for meetings and executive forums. Works with colleagues in other departments to gather and distribute relevant data and information.
• Conduct research as required and assemble data for weekly reports as required by CFO.
• Organize team offsite activities (meals, activities, and ground transportation).
• Ensure compliance with policies/procedures and update where necessary.
• Process and track confidentiality agreements, consulting agreements, and purchase requisitions for the CFO.
• Assist and support the CFO in other routine tasks and new initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 2+ years of experience in an Finance field.
• A degree in Finance and/or Accounting.
• Hands-on expertise with of MS Suite.
• Exhibits a strong work ethic, professionalism, confidentiality and good judgment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven self-starter, able to initiate and complete individual projects.
• Incredibly organized to juggle and multi-task with acute attention to detail and follow through.
