What is Expert Facilities Management?

Expert Facility Management will ensure and manage expectations of internal customers related to facility management domain by ensuring maximum satisfaction whilst making sure business continuity is not effected.

This role reports directly to the Regional Manager Central and has 01 person reporting directly into it.

What does Expert Facilities Management do?

• Responsible for region wide end to end admin facilities management.
• Ensures smooth Admin operations 24/7, coordination with Admin team amp; internal customers for the facilitation.
• Overall handling of complete housekeeping services in the whole region.
• Responsible for kitchen and janitorial supplies, drinking water, stationary, plants etc. in terms of supervision, analysis, purchasing, distribution and assurance of availability in the whole region.
• Supervising courier services region wide. Ensures smooth and timely operations regarding courier services by all means.
• Responsible for arranging company events, meetings, trainings, management visits, lunches, dinners, town halls, tournaments, marketing, HR/other department activities in the whole central region.

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert Facilities Management?

• Masters or MBA with 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Collaborative, tactful, detail oriented, positive attitude, logical, problem solver, flexible amp; dependable
