Who is Expert Postpaid & Receivables Assurance?

Postpaid & Receivable Assurance is part of Revenue Assurance, a sub-domain of Business Assurance Department.

The position is responsible to assure and validate all Postpaid complete Revenue Chain, Receivable monitoring, Credit Assurance, Debt controls, Reporting and assessing and minimizing revenue loss risk.

This area is extremely important for business which monitor Product wise assurance, Service wise monitoring, Detailed trending, Debt situation and improved controls.

The role reports to Manager Postpaid and Receivable Assurance

What does Expert Postpaid & Receivables Assurance do?

This area mainly focuses on the Postpaid assurance, billing payments, Receivables controls, Debt monitoring, Credit Assurance and Recovery Policies. Following are main responsibilities:

• Take end-to-end responsibility for Postpaid Assurance, Packages/ offers-wise Billing revenues, Payments and Credit & Control.
• Analyze revenue trends/ patterns to identify outliers, implement controls and regular reporting
• Offers and revenue streamwise reporting and building analytics-based upshots to aid business decision making.
• Take ownership of prevention, detection and blocking of revenue/cost leakages and help enhance Jazz profitability.
• Focused reviews of business processes, identify areas for improvements and coordinate for change/ improvements.
• Assurance of New Products in reference to Business need, forecast
• Risk assessments of all related new/changes in policy, processes, product & systems is to mitigate the risks.
• Ensure timeliness of activities as per specified schedules for control analysis.
• Work on new initiatives and concepts which help business.
• Timely reporting of activities performed and effective follow ups on incidents and resolution.
• Validations of Approved Commercial Rate vs. Actual charging (Corporate, M2M, DAs)
• Credit Assurance (Dunning validations, Receivables and Age-debt Validations etc) and Debt monitoring, Provisioning Assurance, Adjustments’ validations, and trending)
• New Revenue opportunities and stabilization of stream with validated reporting and numbers
• Review and Update Policies and Procedures Documents

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Sciences/ Software Engineering/ MBA
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience preferably in Telecom
• Strong analytical skills, self-driven, motivated and goal oriented
• Strong interpersonal, communication skills and presentation skills
• Databases (Oracle, SQl, Big Data, Hive)
• Microsoft Office (complete suite)
