Responsible to calculate, maintain and update the provident fund and leave record.
Liaison with the Audit Department for the audit of overtime and other payments.
Assist in the timely processing of payroll.
Ensure timely biometrics of new joiners in the attendance process.
Employee filing at the time of joining and record maintenance accordingly.
Departmental record maintenance in both soft and hard form.
Actively involvement in employee engagement activities.
Should have strong grip on MS Office especially Excel.
Strong skills to listen and act upon the instructions of the seniors.
Attention to details and strong analytical skills.
