Employee filing at the time of joining and record maintenance accordingly.
Departmental record maintenance in both soft and hard form.
Actively involvement in employee engagement activities.
Should have strong grip on MS Office especially Excel.
Strong skills to listen and act upon the instructions of the seniors.
