Executes on the recruiting plan to ensure that vacant positions are filled in a timely manner with qualified candidates • Partner with software development managers to determine staffing needs and create appropriate job descriptions • Ensures that all open positions are posted appropriately and all candidates are tracked in Taleo • Maintains a healthy pool of passive candidates aligned to future workforce needs • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes • Screens candidates for skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements • Provide qualified candidates to department/hiring managers for interviews for their consideration and coordinate interviews • Initiates and maintains excellent communication between the HCM department and the hiring managers to proactively keep others informed • Reports into HCM Department • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications • Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels • Sourcing candidates using social media forums • Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates • Perform reference and background checks • Complete reports on employment activity • Promote company's reputation as "best place to work"
1-2 years of strong IT recruitment experience • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong decision-making skills • Able to multi-task with attention to detail • Time management and organizational skills and the ability to be flexible • BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management
