Al-Essa is looking for detail-oriented candidates with good interpersonal skills for the position of Interior Logistics Officer.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

· Ensure that the daily routine work done in a timely manner.

· Ensure all the International orders to be entered on time.

· Ensure all logistics details in SAP - PO accurately before shipment arrives at port.

· Knowledge about Logistics, Warehousing and Procurement along with the whole Supply Chain process including strong background with Procurement.

· At least 3 years of experience in the above said scope.

· Strong knowledge in Land, Sea and Air freight.

· Coordination between shipping line, customer, clearance team, Finance, and transport team to meet operational requirements swiftly.

· Strong communication skills through phone and by Emails. Presentable personality.

· Well knowledge in Customs documentation and COO processing and embassy attestation.

· Documents preparation (invoice, packing lists, delivery advice, COO, order confirmation)

· Take responsibility for the shipment from its origin country until the shipment is delivered to us

· To possess strong problem-solving skills and to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer complaints and escalate issues to reporting Manager whenever required.

Salary: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
