Job Description

• Material planning for snacks of all direct materials including cartons, laminates, corn, flavor, oil for all SKUs
• Liaison with production planner on daily basis and ensure the MPS is followed strictly and no changes are driven due to material shortage.
• Timely fetching of RPM and timely intimation to suppliers
• Come up with an OTIF and Quality scorecard for all material suppliers and share with GP & SP
• Follow up with suppliers for timely deliveries
• Monitor labor optimization, storage optimization, FIFO, FEFO analysis through various dashboard
• Connect with suppliers to come up with inbound optimization projects
• Connect with WH handlers to optimize racking usage, bring in new technological solutions in terms of equipment required Implement VMI and monitor daily stocks at suppliers
• BC analysis for inventory and optimizing space utilization by keeping optimum levels of power SKUs

Qualifications/Requirements

• Graduate / master’s in business or any other area
• Experience of SAPMRP
• Expertise in MS Excel
• 3-5 years of experience in relevant field
