The incumbent shall undertake the following duties under the overall supervision of WHO-EPI Team Lead and the direct supervision of National Programme Manager (NPM) EPI:

• Develop monitoring framework for the HSS grant in consultation with all stakeholders;
• Closely monitor Project indicators of province and districts and provide feedback to Provincial Coordinator/Managers EPI for action;
• Provide technical support for effective implementation of monitoring plans;
• Regularly update and review and standardize the monitoring/reporting tools for provincial and district monitors/supervisors;
• Collect, compile and analyze all data for the HSS grant and present to National Programme Manager (EPI) for decision making;
• Coordinate closely with programme stakeholders to align data resources and reporting on prescribed Gavi formats including GPF reporting;
• Work with the Grant Management Officer (ECU) to ensure confidentiality and security of the data and information system such that access is provided only to the authorized users on a need basis;
• Coordinate with partner organizations, UNICEF, WHO (PEI) and other partners for improving coordination and information sharing to augment the monitoring activities;
• Support to monitor/track the progress in 46 districts of the Provinces and timely report to NPM, if delayed progress;
• Any other related tasks assigned, as and when required.
