Job Description:

  • Managing Payable Area Entry of Invoices in Accounting Software, processing and keeping track of all Invoices and payments made
  • Preparation of Payment batches and vouching all the payments processed
  • Providing support to key stakeholders in USA on Accounting issues
  • Keeping track of the contracts with vendors
  • Preparing bank reconciliation statements,Initiating payment released intimation emails, replying to emails received from vendors
  • Processing Entries in Accounting Software on timely manner
  • Any other specific responsibility assigned by the Manager

We are looking for

  • BBA (Hons) Accounting & Finance / MBA Finance / M.COM / Part Qualified ACCA
  • At least 2 Year of relevant experience

Skills:



  • Good understanding of accounting standards
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Proficient of Accounting Software preferably Quick Books
