The Role:

This incumbent will work in Network Demand Management unit (NDM) of Network Planning and Rollout department. This Position is based in Islamabad and reports to NDM Manager.

Your Impactful Goals will include:

This role will be involved in Procure to pay module of NPR.

Represent NDM team on various cross functional teams/areas for coordination/compilation.

How will your Typical Day look like:

Raising of PR/PO of all project with in defined SLA to support project teams to meet their targets.

Monthly commitment reconciliation with subcontractors to make sure all performed activities must have Purchase orders.

Accurate budget utilization/commitment issuance in line with approved budget. Keeping track of Approved vs utilized budget.

Coordination with External (Vendors/Sub-cons) and Internal (Business Planning team, Procurement, User Departments etc.) customers regarding Purchase Orders, FC and invoices.

Perform quarterly ICFR controls e.g. Long Aged Accruals, Open Lines, CWIP.

Weekly/monthly tracking & reporting of all ongoing projects for timely delivery and visibility to Management.

Overall Management of invoices to vendors, timely issuance of PAC/FAC’s.

Your Career Path:

This role will give you exposure to Technology Financial domains. Potential move could be into Business Planning or Fin-con.

What we’re looking for?

Education:

Minimum Degree BBA/MBA

Work Experience:

Relevant Telecom experience would be preferred

Functional Skills / Knowledge Areas:

Strong interpersonal, presentation and Team building skills.

Should be able to work individually and also in a team.

Ability to create/edit and evaluate detailed financial models.

Ability to remain calm under pressure, and keep an eye on the bigger picture.

Excellent analytical skills including skilled in variance analysis.

Solid understanding of cost drivers specific to the telecommunication industry.

Excellent writing skills and experience in financial analysis.
