Job Description

  • Establish routes for assigned delivery hubs timely and efficiently.
  • Coordinates the preparation of the routes for the upcoming Schedule.
  • Control the outflow of the freight according to the inflow.
  • Organizes the work to meet timelines within a constantly changing environment.
  • Use assigned software to develop and assign routes to drivers.
  • Ensure proper utilization of company fleet and
  • Coordinates with the Customer Services Department to ensure accurate scheduling.
  • Manages the routing software and maintain the proper record for maps, stops, routes.
  • Documentation of all reports, routing tables, customer requests and trouble tickets.
  • Responds to assigned Hub Manager Inquiries related to Routing, dispatching & scheduling.
  • Consult with managerial personnel in order to meet operational goals.
  • Prepare reports as required by line manager and higher management.
  • All the tasks assigned by the Line Manager for ensuring effective functioning.
Education: BBA, MBA

Minimum Experience: 1- 2 Years in operations or Administration

Skill: MS Excel & MS Word

language: English is must

Salary: Rs30,000.00 to Rs35,000.00 /month
