Job Purpose

The main purpose of the job is the Production Planning of different production Value Stream Lines, coordinates for Materials for Production plan, further issuance of Process orders/Shop orders to the dispensing & Quality Assurance Department & then monitors the actual processing of all the floor activities based on approved supply chain production plans

Educational Requirements and Experience

Willing to be relocate to Jamshoro/Hyderabad

Candidate should be Bachelors or MBA

Preferred Supply Chain Management/Engineering Background/Production Planning

Experience in Manufacturing firm/Pharma 2-3 years

Excellent Communication Skills

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Optimization of inventories as per targeted inventories with no stock outs.
• To Prepare Monthly & Weekly Production Plans for all Value streams.
• Timely creation of Process Orders for production according to weekly production schedule
• Coordinates for Material requirement for production with Buyers.
• To coordinate with Dispensing, Production & Quality Assurance department to meet the weekly production schedule adherence.
• To coordinate with warehouse for transferring of materials from external warehouses to Jamshoro for smooth weekly production and 100% adherence of plan.
• To Prepare and monitor Site KPIs Conformance to Plan and Volume (CTP & CTV), make sure to achieve its Site target.
• To coordinate with Maintenance team for production Preventive Maintenance plans & incorporate it in schedule & ensure timely execution.
• To coordinate RM & PM materials approval priority for Quality on weekly basis
• To Participate in all floor / tier meetings for discussing day to day basis issues
• Frequent review of MRP/ MPS, ordering parameters to optimize inventory levels.
• Monitor capacity utilization and resource planning for better plant recoveries.
• Responsible to ensure and monitor material ordering as per ordering policies/ smooth production.
• Responsible for long term and short-term production plan for Jamshoro to utilize optimal level of resources in accordance to the OFM and SRM process.
• Responsible for ensuring highest OTIF.
• Preparation of weekly report of CTP, CTV and CTR and ensuring to achieve KPIs as per given targets.
• Any other responsibility assigned from time to time as per business requirements.
• Comply and ensure compliance to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Quality and other related policies, guidelines and requirements as applicable by law and GSK Corporate Guidelines.
• Comply and ensure compliance to Environment, Health and Safety policies, guidelines and requirements as applicable by law and GSK Corporate Guidelines.
• Any other responsibility assigned from time to time as per business requirements.
